With a Master of Social Work (MSW) and over 19+ years of dedicated experience in the
development sector, my commitment lies in translating social insights into tangible empowerment.
My journey has been focused on the crucial intersections of human potential and economic opportunity, primarily through Skill Development and Vocational Training. Having spent nearly two decades on the ground, I have a deep understanding of the transformative power that targeted skill-building holds—not just for individual careers, but for entire communities and the nation's progress.
To empower marginalized communities—women, children, and youth from slums—by building awareness on gender rights and ensuring sustainable development through community participation. Our dual mission is to provide immediate relief and long-term empowerment.
